Anticoagulant.

Synthetic pentasaccharide inhibits activated factor X via antithrombin III.

Directions for administration

Fore subcutaneous injection use alternate sites.

Do not administer intramuscularly.

For intravenous use (off-label) use as bolus dose or mix with 0.9% sodium chloride.
